Coaches: Cristie Oliver and Caleah Oliver

Coach Cristie Oliver is entering her 16th year of coaching, she brings with her a wealth of experience, a passion for athletics, and a deep connection to the local athletic community.

Coach O has coaching experience at several schools. She spent 9 years at Moore High School, coaching multiple athletes to the state meet, with several earning podium finishes. In 2016, her team achieved a significant milestone. One of the team's proudest moments came when they finished as Class 6A State Runner-ups. She also coached for 4 years at Wynnewood High School.  Over the past three years, she returned to her alma mater, Chickasha High School, where she continued to develop athletes both on and off the track and again had multiple relay teams and individuals make it on the 4A State podium. Her varied experiences have shaped her coaching philosophy, which emphasizes not only athletic development but also character building. Coach Oliver believes that the lessons learned in sports—commitment, discipline, and teamwork—are just as important as the medals and ribbons earned at competitions. It’s about shaping young individuals who can carry the same determination and work ethic into every aspect of their lives.

Now, as the head coach at Ninnekah, she is eager to bring that philosophy to her new team. Coach O is ready to build a program that prioritizes growth, support, and excellence, while creating an environment where athletes can thrive individually and as a team. Her approach is one of inclusivity, recognizing that every athlete has unique potential and helping them realize it through dedicated training and guidance.
