The Softball Coach is responsible for coaching and developing student-athletes, creating practice and game schedules, and ensuring a safe and productive athletic environment. The coach will lead the team in the development of technical and tactical skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and a commitment to personal and academic success. The coach will be expected to work closely with other coaching staff, athletic directors, parents, and students. |
